Q. How can I get my PIN?

A. You will receive your PIN while activating your card.
If you activate your card on the DriverCard mobile app3 or at www.drivercard.net., you will choose your PIN. If you activate your card by calling (855) 999-7583, you will hear your PIN on our automated phone service and you can change it by selecting the related option on the menu.

Q. Can I change my PIN?

A. Yes, you can change your PIN anytime by calling our automated phone service at (855) 999-7583 or by logging into your account online at www.drivercard.net.

Q. How will I get my fleet payments?

A. Your fleet company will automatically load your money onto your card.

Q. How will I know when my money is loaded on the card?

A. If you have a smartphone, you can download the DriverCard mobile app3 from App Store or Google Play, and see your balance and transaction history anywhere, anytime. To download the app3, search “DriverCard” on the stores. You can also enroll in DriverCard text and email notifications by logging into your account at www.drivercard.net. Every time you get a load on your card account, you will be notified by an email or text message.3

Q. Where can I use my DriverCard Prepaid MasterCard?

A. Anywhere MasterCard debit is accepted: at stores, restaurants, gas stations, hotels, and for purchases over the phone or online. You can get cash at ATMs and bank branches2. You can also transfer money from your card to your bank account online, pay bills and even send a check to anyone in the U.S.

Q. Can I use my card at automated fuel pumps?

A. Yes. When you use your card at self-service fuel pump, there will be an authorization hold of $20 and you will see a charge of $20 even if your gas purchase is less than $20. Some gas stations may place an additional hold amount. Holds are usually removed in a few hours or overnight, but in rare cases it can take longer. You can avoid holds by paying inside at the cashier.

Q. What is surcharge-free MoneyPass ATM?

A. ATM owners/operators typically charge a “surcharge”, in addition to the DriverCard ATM withdrawal fee. You can avoid this surcharge at over 24,000 ATMs in the MoneyPass network across the U.S. Visit www.MoneyPass.com or download the MoneyPass Mobile App to locate MoneyPass ATMs near you.

Q. Can I add cash to my DriverCard Prepaid MasterCard?

A. You can add cash to your card at thousands of Western Union or Green Dot reload locations nationwide.*

Q. How much money can I hold on my DriverCard Prepaid MasterCard card?

A. The maximum balance you can hold on your card at any point of time is $30,000.

Q. Will I receive monthly paper statements?

A. No, you can view and print your statement by logging into your account online at www.drivercard.net. at any time, at no cost.

Q. How can I update my address?

A. You can update your address either by logging into your account at www.drivercard.net. or by calling (855) 999-7583 and speaking to a customer service representative"4.

Q. What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

A. If your card is lost or stolen, please contact customer service immediately at (855) 999-7583 to report the card lost or stolen and request a new card. Once your request is received, your lost/stolen card will be deactivated and a replacement card will be sent to you. Your fleet company can keep loading your payments on your card account, and you can access your money with your new card once you get it, but if you prefer to receive your payments by cash or check temporarily in the meantime, you should notify your fleet company.

Q. What if I find unauthorized or fraudulent use of my card?

A. Immediately contact a live customer service representative at (855) 999-7583 to report the fraudulent transaction.

Q. How can I download the DriverCard mobile app?

A. DriverCard mobile app is available on the App Store for IPhone and on Google Play for Android phones. To download the app, go to the store and search for “DriverCard”.3

Q. What can I use the mobile app for?

A. You can use the mobile app for checking your balance and transaction history, sending money to and receiving money from other DriverCard Prepaid MasterCard cards, and viewing your direct deposit number.3

Q. What is direct deposit?

A. Direct deposit is a feature that enables you to receive payments such as government benefits or paychecks automatically on your DriverCard.

Q. How do I sign up for direct deposit?

A. You can log into your account at www.drivercard.net, print and fill the direct deposit Enrollment Form, and submit it to your employer, benefits agency or any other payer. You can also simply provide your “Routing and Transit Number” and “Direct Deposit Number” to them and follow their instructions to enroll in direct deposit. You can see your “Routing and Transit Number” and “Direct Deposit Number” on the DriverCard mobile app, on the “Account Information” screen.3

Q. Can I get my pay from other fleet companies using direct deposit?

A. Yes, if the fleet company offers direct deposit service.

Q. I don’t see my Direct Deposit Number on my online account and mobile app? Why?

A. This feature required ID verification and your ID verification may not be completed during enrollment.5

If your personal information provided by your fleet company during enrolment was successfully verified, these services will be readily available when you get your card. You can use these services on your card account online and on the mobile app, and you can load cash to your card at Western Union and Green Dot locations. If your ID could not be successfully verified during enrollment, this can be done after you receive your card. You will see instructions for this when you log into your card account online or on the mobile app. Once your ID verification is successfully completed, you will be able to use these services.

Important information for opening a Card account: To help the federal government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, the USA PATRIOT Act requires all financial institutions and their third parties to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens a Card account. What this means for you: When you open a Card account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
